Return & Exchange Policy – JJHG Custom Designs
At JJHG Custom Designs, each item is custom-made with care and precision, ensuring a truly personalized experience for every customer. Because of the nature of our handmade and personalized products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Returns or Exchanges on Personalized Items
All items are uniquely crafted according to your specifications. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.
Our Mistake? We’ll Make It Right!
We take great care in crafting your item, but in the rare case of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect name, misspelling, or wrong item received), please reach out within 48 hours of delivery:
✅ Provide a clear photo of the issue.
✅ Contact us via the messaging system of the platform where you purchased the item.
✅ Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Damaged in Transit?
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging (including the shipping label)
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and determine the next steps.
Non-Personalized Items
If you purchased a non-personalized item, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds or replacements if personalization details were entered incorrectly by the customer.
- Color variations may occur due to screen settings or material differences, and these are not considered defects.
- Shipping delays are beyond our control, so we recommend ordering early for special occasions.
